Hygiene and safety concepts for events

A well-thought-out hygiene and safety concept is essential for the successful execution of events. It protects guests, employees and service providers from health risks and ensures that everything runs smoothly. An absolute MUST for every (large) event. But how do you create such a plan and what should it include?

1. Risk assessment and planning

Every event begins with a detailed risk analysis. Factors such as visitor numbers, venue, duration and current health and safety requirements are taken into account. Authorities and health departments can be involved in the planning process to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

2. Hygiene measures

Hand hygiene: Disinfection stations at entrances and exits and in heavily frequented areas.
